Ella was founded early 2007, by Dott.ssa Chim. Elsa Cugola, afterwards an inspiring experience in food industry. Currently, Ella is located in Mantua countryside, in a reburbished heritage farmhouse, strategically close to store logistic platforms. Foodstuffs import from Mediterranean areas is core business, furtherly followed by chilled ones. Ella is the right
partner for European companies, who apply for support and guidance to choose worthy raw materials, complying with GdO standard and regulations. ELLA ’s mission is to go on site, check and vet on local ground about process st., farming practises. The concept is not to
get one cent more by commercial transaction but to full filled customer requisites, andabove all to enhance local North African culture about European expectations. Producers’ mentality has to grow fast and continuously. It’s a never ending hard but rewarding work!
We started in Egypt, expanding procurement area with Tunisia and Turkey.

Last entry is Argentina, let’s see what else will be.
